BAE Systems - AUSA 2008 - Survivability

Survivability Overview

BAE Systems provides the current force with integrated survivability capabilities that are saving lives today on airborne and land platforms. For example, our Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) is saving lives today in Iraq and Afghanistan.

BAE Systems’ future force capability will employ greater interoperability and commonality to survive in the emerging threat environment through advanced hit avoidance technologies. However, BAE Systems also is aware that not every event can be avoided, so we are the world’s leader in protective, blast mitigation technologies for when the unforeseen happens, to include commercial applications.
