Embedded Training
Bradley A3 crews and commanders need embedded live, virtual and constructive training to ensure their skills are maintained at an optimum level. On the vehicle, these training capabilities work seamlessly, and are fully integrated into the platform systems to provide the soldier training opportunities via the systems’ operational crew interfaces.
A mix of live, virtual and constructive training capabilities is needed to cover the full spectrum of Army training at home station combat training centers and while deployed.
The Bradley embedded training system is a subset of the Bradley Advanced Training System – Gunnery (BATS-G) trainer and our Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System Combat Vehicle System (MILES CVS) technologies.
Each Bradley unit has a stationary BATS-G trainer installed locally for ongoing crew training. The Bradley Embedded Trainer, when installed on A3 vehicles, goes where the crew goes, making ongoing training available in any location. BAE Systems’ Bradley Embedded Trainer sustains critical skills at a reduced overhead cost for the Army and paves the way for the Bradley to train and fight with the future forces.
